At Pine Drew, every handbag is handcrafted with precision and passion. To maintain fairness for our artisans and customers, we follow a strict policy:

🚫 No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

⚠️ Important Terms & Conditions

1. Sale Items Are Final
   Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are not eligible for exchange.

2. Free Gifts Are Non-Exchangeable
   Items marked as free gifts or promotional giveaways cannot be exchanged.

3. Custom-Made Items Are Final
   Products made on custom request (e.g., personalized/customized) are not eligible for exchange.

4. COD Policy
   We offer partial COD to build trust. Please note:

   • The partial COD amount is non-refundable

   • Prepaid payments are also non-refundable

5. Exchanges Are One-Time Only
   Each order is eligible for only one exchange.
   Multiple exchanges are not permitted.

6. Exchange Shipping Fee
   Exchanges (allowed only for size/style mismatches) must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
   A shipping fee of ₹600 per side (₹1,200 total) will apply and must be prepaid before dispatching the replacement.
